RSAseconds

RSAseconds arrives at estimates of respiratory sinus arrhythmia (RSA; a proxy for parasympathetic influence on heart rate) at a second-by-second basis using a multiple window technique and spectrogram analysis.

It is able to read in data (specifically, the IBI series) from MindWare or any format that outputs the IBI series directly. RSAseconds is a freely distributed Matlab toolbox:

Instructions on use are contained in a Word doc within the zip files. We are working towards being able to utilize other data formats. Please do not hesitate to email if you have a different data format thastftn those listed here.
